Cancellation Policy
Booking Policy – The Manager’s Summer Series 1. Booking & Payment All bookings must be made via the website alexkotsos.com or by emailing alex@alexkotsos.com. Payment is required in full to secure your place. Payment can be made online via credit/debit card or by invoice (for group/company bookings). You will receive a confirmation email once your booking is complete, including Zoom links and a receipt. 2. Cancellations & Refunds You may cancel your place up to 7 days before your booked session(s) for a full refund. Cancellations within 7 days of the session are non-refundable, but you may transfer your place to a colleague at no extra cost. To cancel or transfer your booking, please email alex@alexkotsos.com. 3. Transfers You can switch to a different session (subject to availability) up to 72 hours before your original session. No-shows will not be eligible for refunds or transfers. 4. Group Bookings Discounts are available for group bookings of 4 or more attendees from the same organisation. Please contact alex@alexkotsos.com for a custom quote or invoice. 5. Minimum Numbers Each session requires a minimum of 5 participants. If minimum numbers are not met, we reserve the right to cancel or reschedule the session. You will be notified at least 3 days in advance and offered a full refund or alternative session. 6. Accessibility & Support All sessions are live via Zoom and include interactive elements. If you have any access requirements or need additional support to participate, please let us know in advance and we will do our best to accommodate you.
